Referee coach – we pay a senior referee to go to games and coach
younger refs (could also evaluate our coaches, etc.) Decision – consensus is that we would like to pursue this type of
program.

Pay assessors to do more assessing of younger refs

Give our ref analysis to individual refs as constructive criticism

Limited resources – need to see if refs could add three person
system to other divisions
